All orders are subject to our general Terms and Conditions. Net 30 days. In case of deferred payment, we charge 7.5% interest. The products are our property up to the settlement of the payment. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Shipping in Switzerland
Orders shipped via Swiss Post - B Post. Dr. Vogel GmbH pays shipping costs within Switzerland for all orders over CHF 500.00. For Express shipments an additional charge of CHF 20.00 will be invoiced separately.
Shipping in general
Orders shipped via mail, A Priority, GLS, Federal Express unless instructed otherwise at the time of the order. Freight charges are invoiced separately, additional transportation insurance and customs duties are at the buyer’s expense.
Returns
Inspect all packages upon receipt. If material is defective, or missing, please contact us immediately. If it is necessary to return material, contact us for shipping instructions. We will not accept any return of shipments unless we have given prior permission. Certain items are not returnable for credit. Please contact us.
Guarantee
We guarantee the purity and content of products according to the results of the analytical data sheet (CERTIFICATE).
Jurisdiction
In the case of any dispute, the competent court is CH-3380 Wangen an der Aare.
Liability
Products listed in this catalog are for research use only. They should be handled by trained personnel. Claims for delayed or not delivered goods cannot be accepted. Dr. Vogel GmbH reserves the right to charge a fee on returned goods due to an ordering mistake.
